Snug Harbor Marina - LAke George Tips
A great way to spend a few hours or the whole day is by renting a boat on Lake George. We searched the area and found Snug Harbor to have the best rates. The rental includes water skis or a tube at no additional cost. Their two locations are in Silver Bay and Ticonderoga.
- If you are out for the day make sure to stop and get gas
- Ask about the Tarzan swing and the cliff jumping area
- The boats come equiped with radios and a built in cooler (bring ice)
- The more popular choice is the Silver Bay location
- Starting from Lake George Village go north on Route 9 / Canada Street
- In less then 1 mile turn right onto Rt 9N / Lake Shore Drive
- Drive past Bolton Landing
- When you enter the town of Silver Bay look for Snug Harbor on the right
- Refer to their websit for directions to the the Ticondoroga location
